Aldosterone/Renin Ratio

This ratio shows how well your adrenal system is managing sodium, potassium, and blood pressure. It compares how much aldosterone (retains salt) your body makes relative to renin (signals for it). A high ratio may point to excess aldosterone (like in adrenal overdrive), while a low one could mean your system is under-responding. Useful for spotting adrenal imbalances, early-stage fatigue, or chronic stress load.
