MCH Auto (RBC)
MCH measures how much hemoglobin is inside each red blood cell. It reflects your ability to carry oxygen efficiently. Low MCH often means iron deficiency, while high MCH can signal B12 or folate deficiency, especially if paired with elevated MCV. This marker helps pinpoint the root cause of fatigue, poor endurance, or brain fog when red blood cells look normal in count but not in function.
