Anti-Mullerian Hormone

AMH is a snapshot of your ovarian reserve — the number of eggs you have left. Higher AMH means more follicles and usually stronger fertility potential, while lower AMH may suggest declining reserve or perimenopause. It’s also commonly elevated in PCOS. While AMH doesn’t tell you everything about fertility, it’s one of the most trusted early indicators of how your reproductive system is aging.
