Nucleated RBC/100 WBC Auto (Bld) Ratio

Anemia Profile BNucleated Red Blood Cells (nRBCs) are immature red blood cells that still contain a nucleus. Normally, they stay in the bone marrow—so if they show up in your blood, it’s a signal that your body is under stress and pushing out immature cells early. This can happen with severe oxygen demand, bone marrow stress, or systemic inflammation. For biohackers, a non-zero value could be an early clue of overtraining, hypoxia, or deeper recovery issues.
