RBC Auto (Bld)
RBC count tells you how many red blood cells are circulating in your blood. These cells are your oxygen carriers—more RBCs generally means more oxygen delivery and better endurance, up to a point. Low RBC can signal anemia, nutrient deficiencies, or chronic stress. High RBC can result from dehydration, high altitude adaptation, or even steroid use. This is a core metric for performance, recovery, and cardiovascular capacity.
