Iron
ug/dLView
Iron Saturation shows how much of your blood’s iron-carrying capacity is actually being used. It’s calculated from serum iron and UIBC or TIBC. Low saturation means your cells may not be getting enough iron (even if ferritin looks okay), while high saturation can signal iron overload or inflammation-related imbalances. It’s a key marker for energy, oxygen transport, and metabolic function.
